The Park Plaza South Homeowner's Association is a voluntary organization serving the needs of the residents in Park Plaza South 1, 2, & 3. By joining together, we hope to have a positive impact on our neighborhood. Programs such as Alert Neighbors/Safety, Beautification/Enhancements, and Neighborhood events continue to be our focus. PPS HOA is not a policing agency. We support the lawful legal actions of individuals and work together with our members to solve problems, by informing them as to where to seek solutions and back them up where appropriate.

Members who have had water pressure issues, members with street issues, members with issues regarding their neighbor's property maintenance, members with crime issues - those neighbors actively work with our support to remedy their issues, that is how this HOA functions. We also participate with Grissom Elementary in Partners In Education. As a member of the HOA, you would receive an Annual Newsletter with important updates about things such as these going on in Park Plaza South.

As a neighborhood Association, we value the importance of every dollar that comes in for annual dues. These dues we all pay are essential for the upkeep of the neighborhood, essentially increasing the value of your home.

As a reminder, annual dues specifically pay for:

  • mowing along 71st and Sheridan roads - since the City of Tulsa no longer does this
  • upkeep of the seasonal flower beds and signage throughout the neighborhood
  • sprinkler systems installed to keep the beds flourishing
  • security camera system the HOA voted to have installed, and future monies help to add more cameras around the neighborhood
  • publication of the annual PPS HOA directory, which includes coupons to support businesses in and around Park Plaza South
  • annual block party and other neighborhood events
When you pay your dues, you are added to the PPS HOA Email Alert system - we will send you weekly crime reports from the Tulsa Police , emails about lost and found pets, information about neighborhood events, community issues, and city of Tulsa information, just to name a few things.

Meeting Dates

PPS HOA Meeting to be held at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of May annually. Board of Directors meets quarterly.

Block Captains meet quarterly (August, November, and February) and, although these meetings are structured for the block captains, any member is welcome to attend. Committee meetings are held at the discretion of each Committee Chair and may meet as often as necessary to accomplish committee business.

Volunteers are needed and welcome to attend any committee meetings. To learn more about a committee and/or find out the date, time and location of the next meeting, call a committee chair person or any board member.

Any Homeowners Association member who wishes to have an issue addressed by the board of directors may contact their block captain or any board member to ask for an issue to be placed on the agenda at the next board meeting.
